Who you're dealing with
The Divorce Party is a trading name of Divorce EA Pty Ltd (Australia). Email: hello@thedivorceparty.co. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as DIVORCEEA.
What you're buying
Our guides, journals and templates are digital products: PDF files and, for some products, Canva templates and email series. After payment you get a download link straight away and a backup link by email. Download links expire 72 hours after purchase so files can't be passed around; if yours has expired, email us and we'll send a fresh one.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Your licence
Each purchase is for one person's personal use. You can print it, fill it in, and keep it forever. You can't share the file, resell it, post it online, or use it in your own paid services. If you're a professional who wants to use our material with clients, email us.
Refunds
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a remedy. If something isn't what you expected, email us and we'll sort it out.
Not advice
Everything we sell is self-guided reflection and general information. It isn't legal, financial, medical or psychological advice, and it isn't a substitute for a lawyer, a financial adviser or a mental health professional. Anything about property, children or money is general information for Australia; get advice for your situation. If you're in danger, call 000. The app
Next Chapter: Balance is sold through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms. Purchases, refunds and subscriptions for the app are handled by Apple.
If you join the list, we email you occasionally. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Buying a product adds you to the list for that product's emails; you can leave at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
